UHG, an insurer, built this project to support a new contract with a federal government group. Wiring challenges included a new electrical service (primary conductors, utility transformer, secondary conductors and paralleled feeders), new gen-set, a new UPS, new training facilities (1st floor) and the call center group and administration (2nd and 3rd floors). Existing facility demolition was required. A temporary gen-set was used while services were reconfigured and/or installed.
