This ground-up project was built to serve children needing treatment in the west valley thereby alleviating any concerns with trips to and from the downtown facility. All new medical technology is available at this location with the exception of surgical procedures. Building information modeling was used to coordinate indoor construction activities. Coordination with the serving utility and municipality were required to provide electrical service to the building and street lighting for public areas adjacent to the property.
