The Copper market in Arizona was seeing an increase of demand. Freeport McMoran needed to expand their local management staff and needed a bigger facility. RMJ provided the electrical work to accommodate the large, typical office tenant improvement. Perhaps the most unique feature was an addition of a second floor (freestanding) in the middle of the building. Power was served to this area from both under-floor and overhead.
