The interior of this existing building in Surprise was completely demo’d and built back to house a “Class A” accounting and financial advising facility. Modern interior finishes include the latest styles of LED lighting fixtures in the offices, reception area and a few open work spaces. “Solar tubes” with electric dampers (for dimming) were installed to illuminate the break-room. There was some work on the site where excavation for raceways to parking canopies, bollards, outdoor accent lighting, the monument sign and spares for future use was extremely difficult. Due to the rocky nature of the soil, rigid conduit was required (in lieu of PVC), especially in close proximity to the structure.
