This facility, 740K sq ft total, was built in 20 weeks. RMJ was responsible for the work inside the warehouse and the tenant improvement. The finishes were unique; every room was designed to imitate a different sport. The warehouse had a 32’ clear finish height, which is consistent to almost all of the distribution/warehouse jobs RMJ has wired.
